The Violent Femmes announce Australian summer tour

The Violent Femmes, return to Australia this summer at the invitation of long-time supports, the Big Day Out. Despite not having appeared on the traveling version of the Festival before, the Violent Femmes are no strangers to the concept having appeared as headliners at the inaugural – then Sydney only based event – way back in 1992.

As well as performing at all six Big Days Out in 2007, there are a number of side shows to whet the appetite including the already sold out Sydney Festival Becks Bar show (the first sell out of the series for Sydney Festival).

Be sure not to miss these international troubadours playing songs from all of their albums on their ‘Eternal Teenagers Tour', this summer.

Tickets on sale December 11th.
