Something for Kate announce 20th anniversary tour, album re-releases

Melbourne's Something for Kate are celebrating two decades together in 2014 and to mark their 20th anniversary Paul Dempsey, Clint Hyndman and Stephanie Ashworth have an awful lot planned.

The first order of business is a re-release on June 4 of the bands entire back catalogue across several mediums; vinyl, CD and digital via iTunes. Paper Trail, a book documenting the band's career, will be published and a short film made by Callum Preston will accompany it.

That film will also be shown at the beginning of every show played on what might be the biggest undertaking of all, a 20th anniversary tour that will see Something for Kate play through two sets every night, covering not only their hits but more obscure tracks, B sides and rarities.

Tickets for all shows go onsale April 11 at somethingforkate.com
