Radiohead release slightly surreal smartphone app 'Polyfauna'




Radiohead has a new release out but it is not a new record but instead a rather surreal little smartphone app.

The app, which is available for iDevice and Android users, is called 'Polyfauna'. According to the app description, penned by Thom Yorke himself the app is; "an experimental collaboration between us (Radiohead) & Universal Everything, born out of The King of Limbs sessions and using the imagery and the sounds from the song Bloom.It comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious." The descripton then says that with the app you can; " Move around to look around. You can follow the red dot. You can wear headphones. You can get some pretty strange looks on the train."
