Paul Dempsey Announces Solo Tour 'Shotgun Karaoke'

Legendary Paul Dempsey, known as Something For Kate's leading man will take flight in October with an Australian Solo Tour 'Shotgun Karaoke,' supported by Melbourne singer/songwriter Olympia.

The tour will consist of an array of covers, tracks from his solo album and a few Something For Kate favourites.

After the recent Something For Kate tour in June, Dempsey spent time in the studio recording for the Shotgun Karaoke EP, due for release October 4.

Shotgun Karaoke EP will be the latest release since Something For Kate's Leave Your Soul To Science and Dempsey's first solo release. Leave Your Soul to Science, featured the band’s cover of Calvin Harris and Florence Welch’s ‘Sweet Nothing’ was one of the highlights of day two of the recent Splendour In The Grass and a definite talking point after being aired to Triple J's Like A Version.
