One-of-a-Kind Radiohead Demo Tape Sells at Auction for $3500

A one-of-a-kind demo tape that Radiohead made way back in 1986 when they were known as On A Friday sold at an auction for around $3500 (AUD). The winning bid exceeded all expectations, as it was expected to fetch around $1700-$2500

Most of the tracks included on the cassette have appeared online in one form or another, however owning the sole copy of the actual demo tape is considered to be the "holy grail" amongst many Radiohead die-hards.
