Crowd Surfing Baby The Talk Of Glastonbury 2013

Glastonbury 2013 took place at the weekend with an incredible line up as always. As music fans head home from the event some might not remember the events of the weekend due to some poor consumption decisions, while one keen punter wont remember much of the weekend thanks to their young age.

The likes of The Rolling Stones, Phoenix and The Smashing Pumpkins have taken a back seat after reports a baby had been seen crowd surfing making the headlines around the world.

While festival founder Micheal Eavis was setting the crowd alight with a karaoke rendition Elvis Presley’s ‘Suspicious Minds’ backed by The Vodka Jellies Karaoke Band, a baby was crowd-surfing.

On-lookers were left puzzled as the young music fan made its way to the front of the stage. It was later reveled that baby was in fact the child of one of the members The Vodka Jellies Karaoke Band kid, taking the Take You Child To Work Day program probably a touch too far.

Just like every other Glastonbury attendee, the baby ended the evening passed out in a pool of vomit. The tradition continues!

Somewhat surprisingly there is no video footage of the infant crowd surfer, which in this day and age is odd. There is however the photo evidence of this taking place, etching the baby into Glasto folklore.
