Black Rebel Motorcyle Club: Harvest Festival Cancellation

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, who were to perform at this year's Harvest Festival, have all but confirmed that the festival has been cancelled.

Via their facebook page, the band has revealed: “You may have already heard that Harvest Festival has been canceled, but we want to let you know that BRMC is still coming to Australia. Details for the Australian tour will be announced shortly. We will see you soon...”

The festival has been held in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney for the last two years but slow ticket sales have put the festival in jeopardy.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club were due to perform alongside Franz Ferdinand, Massive Attack, Goldfrapp, and Justin Vernon’s Volcano Choir.

It is now anticipated that the band will, instead, return to Australia for some headline shows.
