Splendour in the Grass

The very quickly Sold Out Splendour in the Grass 2008 expands it's line-up todaym with the second and final announcement of artists.

Joining the other stars on the day this August 2 and 3 will be the following band (collective) of acts to make the weekend complete for all involved:

The Polyphonic Spree, New Young Pony Club ,Yves Klein Blue, Lyrics Born, Tokyo Police Club, Albert Hammond Jr, Little Red, Clare Bowditch, Bluejuice, Robert Forster, The Drones, Hadouken!, Bliss N Eso, Paul Dempsey, Katalyst, Even, British India, The Galvatrons, Delta Spirit, Slot Machine, The Black Stars, Van She Tech, Bag Raiders, Soft Tigers Food Fight, E.L.F DJ, Kato and Pob and Bang Gang DJ’s

There will be performers, stilt-dancers, acro-artists and installation/ décor artists who will create a visual kaleidoscope. A hangout for Splensour’s dedicated dancers, the Tipi Forest. Stay tuned in coming weeks for a complete announcement of the many delights of the Tipi Forest.

Splendour in the Grass already features Devo, Wolfmother, Sigur Ros, The Living End, The Presets, Tricky, Vampire Weekend, Ben Lee, Cold War Kids, The Fratellis, The Wombats, Pnau, Laura Marling, The Vines, The Grates, Operator Please, Band of Horses, Van She, The Panics, Gyroscope, Mstrkrft, Lightspeed Champion, The Brown Birds from Windy Hill, Scribe, The Music and The Gin Club.
